Cameras will be installed in 25 major traffic points in Hanoi, according a project which was recently approved by the Hanoi People's Committee.

Under the project, Hanoi will have fixed and mobile cameras, which will support the city's Centre for Traffic Light Control under the Hanoi Police.

Concretely, outdated cameras in the 16 existing points will be replaced with new ones ...
